Thursday 16th September
Activities will include registration, factory tour, barbeque, visitor information.
This is basically a “meet and greet” day with a barbeque. You will register and be given a visitor’s pack, with maps so you can conduct your own tours around Melbourne. You’ll then be treated to a tour of the HSV and HRT factory, and a tour of the HSV museum. Find out more...
Friday 17th September:
Activities will include concourse (inside) and show and shine (outside). Set up will occur between 7.00am and 2.00pm. The displays will be open to invited guests from 3.30pm to 9.00pm. Find out more...
Saturday 18th September:
Activities to include concourse (inside) and show and shine (outside) and a gala dinner under the dome that evening. The venue will be open to the public all day. The gala dinner will feature keynote motorsport personalities as guest speakers, who will also hand out winner’s trophies. There will be a charity auction as well. The whole spectacular event will take place amongst the vehicles, inside the magnificent Royal Exhibition Building. Find out more...
Sunday 19th September:
Exhibitors will meet at the Royal Exhibition Building to get their cars out between 6.00am and 10.00am.
